PRICE FREEZE FOR 2012! Our 2012 rates will remain the same as in 2011

Prices are per night and inclusive for 2 people with full English breakfast. Both rooms can be prepared with either twin beds or a super kingsize bed. For the tall people among our guests, our beds are 6'6" - longer than the average bed length.

Single occupancy - we don't have a single room, but do accept bookings for single occupancy for a minimum of 2 nights in our Wisteria Room - £70 per night.

WINTER SPECIAL OFFER: Stay two nights, and your third night is half price! So three nights in our Wisteria room would be £200 B&B, and three nights in our Magnolia room would be £212. These prices are for two people sharing. The offer runs from 17th October 2011 - 31 March 2012.
